Breath Work

Children learn how to breathe to promote relaxation, self- regulation and self-awareness.

Stretching and Movement

Children gain strength, balance and flexibility by learning yoga asanas.

Games 

Games to get children to laugh, interact, and let loose. Feeling comfortable in their bodies, with their peers and in their environment.

Savasana

Intentional relaxation with essential oils to conclude the class.
